Growth and acquisition have created an immediate opportunity for an experienced Human Resources professional at our client's manufacturing subsidiary in Miami.

This is an excellent, hands-on opportunity for a self-motivated individual who wants to get involved with nearly every aspect of human resources. Strong communication and organizational skills along with the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment is essential.

Reporting to the corporate director, your responsibilities will include staffing, policy and benefits administration, health and safety, performance management, and legal compliance.

• University degree or equivalent experience in related areas.
• Minimum of 5-7 years as a generalist in a manufacturing company.
• Bilingual-Spanish
• Must have working knowledge of OSHA regulations, EEOC, and Federal and State labor laws.
