- The selected candidate will provide key support for the overall
vision and long term business strategy; provide expert analysis and
insight for the business; lead specific or assigned programs and
initiatives in support of brand development; lead new product planning,
lifecycle planning, distribution and pricing strategies; drive consumer
research plans to increase consumer acumen and identify potential
strategic partners and technologies in support of the business strategy.
- The selected candidate will also support the annual planning
process; lead tactical planning; monitor and report on marketplace
changes; develop and implement plans to drive short-term opportunities
in support of the annual goals; facilitate day-to-day communication with
cross-functional peers and highlight issues to be addressed by senior
management; drive timely decisions related to business issues; conduct
market research in support of business growth plans and lead development
of future business opportunity evaluation and prioritization.

Requirements: |
| |
- BS/BA in business or marketing with 13-15 years experience OR
MBA with 10-13 years experience in Consumer Packaged Goods with an
understanding of the grocery and drug channel.
- Must have excellent organization, computer and communication skills
with the ability to lead and manage multiple projects.
