- Manages the daily functions of the Florida Benefits organization,
which includes a team of 20 associates, supporting a base of 1000
clients.
- Ensures efficient and effective delivery of service to the client
base and attainment of World Class Service.
- Implements policies, procedures and standards for the support of
ClientÂ’s Benefits products.
- Proactively manages associates, functions and processes to
continually improve service and performance.
- Effectively manages all Open-Enrollment activities for the Florida
Region ensuring client satisfaction with the process.
- Provides continual communication and coordination of functional
activities as it pertains to other departments to ensure effective
client support.
- Determines training requirements and coordinates training for
regional associates including external departments on all products and
program changes and provides technical support for resolution of client
issues.
- Prepares department reports/metrics and participates in the decision
making within the operations organization as required.
