The ideal candidate will support the Director of Commercial Sales
for the Latin American region and will also:
- Formulate and implement marketing planning.
- Manage the marketing/ merchandising budget for Latin America.
- Profit & Loss responsibility.
- Develop the strategy for major markets.
- Responsible for brandÂ’s equity; launch a communications strategy to
re-position the brand within the primary target market.
- Implement regional seasonal promotions.
- Support the launch of major lines with advertising, brochures, and
catalogs.
- Design exhibitions, coordinate logistics and implement marketing
activities for annual trade shows across the region.
- Design and launch new and innovative POP strategy by producing
merchandising material.
- Analyze end-users, market size, consumption patterns, and
competitors.

Requirements: |

- Bachelor of Business Administration or Marketing degree.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish).
- Flexibility to travel.
- Knowledge of the Latin American marketplace.
- Must have tool industry experience.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience.
