Responsible for planning and implementation of IT systems integration Together with Division VP, Sales and Marketing and Executive Vice President, responsible for the development of the Division's Business Strategies, and Annual Business Plans. Responsible for accurate and timely forecasting and reporting for all Finance units within the division. Liaison between Corporate Finance and LATAM units. Reports (Dotted Line) to Corporate CFO. LATAM units CFOs report (dotted line) to this position. Staff of 8 direct reports.   Requirements:   Minimum 10 -12 years of senior level financial management responsibilty. CPA - MBA preferred. Team player with strong people skills. Experience in Hyper Inflation Economies and Latin America Finance, Treasury and Tax Environment is a must! Spanish/Portuguese Language a big plus!
