- Reports to Executive Vice President of
Latin America
- Responsible for all Financial &
Administration activities for LATAM Division
- Works together with Corporate Vice
President Treasury to devise strategies and plans to
minimize foreign exchange impact, movement of cash in and
out of the division.
- Responsible for planning and
implementation of IT systems integration
- Together with Division VP, Sales and
Marketing and Executive Vice President, responsible for
the development of the Division's Business Strategies,
and Annual Business Plans.
- Responsible for accurate and timely
forecasting and reporting for all Finance units within
the division.
- Liaison between Corporate Finance and
LATAM units.
- Reports (Dotted Line) to Corporate
CFO.
- LATAM units CFOs report (dotted
line) to this position.
- Staff of 8 direct reports.

Requirements: |
| |
- Minimum 10 -12 years of senior level
financial management responsibilty.
- CPA - MBA preferred.
- Team player with strong people
skills.
- Experience in Hyper Inflation
Economies and Latin America Finance, Treasury and Tax
Environment is a must!
- Spanish/Portuguese Language a big
plus!
- Expected travel 30% of time.
