- Reports to CFO Latin America
- Coordinates human resource matters with HR managers in
Caribbean, Central America, Mexico, Southern Cone and
Andean Region.
- Coordinates human resource matters with General Manager
in those countries where there is no HR manager
- Formulates, distributes and implements LA Division human
resource policies
- Administers salary and incentive compensation programs
across the Division and tracks data
- Develops and understanding of local laws and regulations;
ensures compliance and develops strategies for attracting
talent
- Performs management talent inventories
- Performs salary and benefit cost analysis
- Assists in recruitment, job descriptions for key
positions
- Assists in management of ExPatriate programs
- Assists in development and implementation of HR best
practices

Requirements: |
| |
Minimum Bachelors Degree in Business or related field
(MBA preferred).
Minimum of 5 to 10 years HR Generalist experience, the
majority of which should be in international business,
and minimum of four years in a managerial position or
equivalent.
Flexibility to travel.
Ability to adapt to different situations, cultures and
people.
Ability to work in a "hands on" mode, with
limited support
