Coordinates human resource matters with General Manager in those countries where there is no HR manager Formulates, distributes and implements LA Division human resource policies Administers salary and incentive compensation programs across the Division and tracks data Develops and understanding of local laws and regulations; ensures compliance and develops strategies for attracting talent Performs management talent inventories Performs salary and benefit cost analysis Assists in recruitment, job descriptions for key positions Assists in management of ExPatriate programs Assists in development and implementation of HR best practices   Requirements:   Minimum Bachelors Degree in Business or related field (MBA preferred). Minimum of 5 to 10 years HR Generalist experience, the majority of which should be in international business, and minimum of four years in a managerial position or equivalent. Flexibility to travel. Ability to adapt to different situations, cultures and people.
