Our Client is the leading Global Trading Organization in its industry sector. We have been asked to identify an accomplished Human Resources professional to provide organizational support and direction that will ensure effective provision of services by developing and implementing approaches to recruitment, management development and retention in line with commercial needs and cultural readiness.

• Auditing provision of HR services and introducing changes where required.
• Identifying the HR priorities from the business agenda and acting on them.
• Building effective relationships with local managers and staff
• Evaluating the quality of all staff and developing and implementing strategies to maintain and improve it
• Providing reporting and advisory services to senior managers
• Analyzing current approaches to reward and retention and introducing appropriate change
• Development and implementation of HR best practices

• Five years minimum (likely 10 years plus) experience of hands on HR management
• Experienced at providing support for a multi site organization
• Knowledgeable about Latin America culture, employment law and practices
• Good knowledge of USA employment law and HR practices
• Expert in defining, introducing and managing employee development strategies and tactics
• Used to commercial /technical / fast paced environment
• Fluent Spanish speaker and writer
• Energetic, driven, hardworking
• Highly organized
• Excellent communicator with strong influencing skills
• Pragmatic
• Resilient and assertive
• Flexible and willing to travel regularly
