Responsible for the weekly, monthly and statutory reporting of the Latin American business to HQ to include:

• Income statement to NEAT

• Balance sheet and cash flows

• Supporting schedules and statistical analyses.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurate, complete and timely reporting of all management and statutory information to HQ.
• Submission of Monthly Board Report to HQ Office
• Assisting countries to meet the above, including (but not restricted to):
• Follow up of internal audit report weaknesses with country management
• Ensuring consistency of financial reporting across LA
• Co-coordinating any required cash management or taxation issues across LA
• Maintaining the Hyperion database for LA and working with HQ and other regions to improve reporting. - Ensuring that Div. other Corporate policies are respected and implemented across LA

• VP/GM of LA and other members of the LA management team.
• CFO of Division.
• Controllers at LA country level.

Key Success Factors

• Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines.
• Good communication skills and able to work in a team environment.
• Strong financial skills and attention to detail
• English and Spanish language skills, Portuguese desirable
• Experience/Education:
• CPA and Masters degree or equivalent desirable.
• Operational accounting experience and/or reporting & control at business unit or corporate level.
• Minimum 5 years industrial experience.
