Responsible for providing strategic direction in support of
the business strategy, goals and objectives. Ensure the maximum return
on all IT related activities and spending at a tactical level.

Key
Responsibilities:
- Develop and secure approval for IT Strategy and oversee its
execution.
- Lead role in SAP implementation team, responsible for country
needs analysis, functionality, and the definition and implementation of
solutions to enable migration of back office tasks per the project
plan.
- Architect and engineer scaleable, reliable, cost-effective and
secure computing solutions that enable processes and support
productivity enhancing initiatives.
- Lead Project team to conduct Systems Assessments of existing
network Infrastructure and recommend modifications, upgrades or
improvements.
- Establish Corporate Standards for Desktops, Operating Systems,
and Servers.
- Ensure the highest level of service/support to users.
- Manage all activities and relationships with key software and
hardware vendors at a Regional level.
Subordinates:
- IT Managers (3-5 TBC) : Mexico, Argentina, Venezuela
Interfaces:
- IT Director, NA: To consult with, identify synergies, and
obtain functional direction
- Country Managers: To agree on IT priorities, resources, funding,
and project timetables
