Develop and implement Treasury policies and procedures related to and including

• Bank account structure and set-up
  (with consideration of potential tax consequences)
• Establishing an approval matrix to determine the authorized signatories
• Methods of payment and payment infrastructure.
• Coordinatination with LatinAmerica Group affiliates
  on collections and related issues.
• Cash Management

Responsible for reviewing and authorizing the following:

• Payment Requests
• Cash Forecasts
• Cash Reports
• Bank Reconciliations
• Trial Balances
• Approve payment requests on the Online Banking system
• Managing investing activities to maximize return on investment
• Manage cash flow including hedging activities related to foreign currency positions,
  to ensure that any of the Partner Company needs are aggregated to maximize leverage.
• Managing and developing banking relationships
• Enforce proper security and segregation of duties in the Treasury system

• 7-10 years Treasury/Cash Mangement Operations experience
• Current Experience within a structured US/Latin America Corporate Business environment
• Minimum 5 years of proven Managerial Supervisory capabiltiy
• Microsoft Office proficiency as well as experience with general ledger systems,
• PeopleSoft a plus.
• Must be bi-lingual
• Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Finance.
• CPA preferable.
