Audit Manager Latin America Region     Company Type: Global Manufacturing   Location: Broward County   Compensation: Excellent Compensation - Full Benefits   Languages: Fluent English/Spanish   Job Code: mk/1281   Date Posted: Pending   Description:   1.Key Responsibilities.  Risk assessment across the divisions.      Participation in the preparation of annual plan based on the risk assessment.  Preparation of individual audit plans.  Participation in establishing an annual cost budget.  Completion and/or overview of audit assignments.  Identification of the need for special project reviews, operational reviews matters that may be of impact on the Group.  Reporting of audit issues and recommendations.      Quality control/file review of the work of audit staff. 2. Specific involvement in audit reviews, which may also include:- Site Reviews Post capital expenditure audits in accordance with Group policy. Computer environmental reviews. Special investigations. 3. Close liaison with key finance and administration staff within the region and divisions. 4. Prepare monthly information for the VP Audit Europe & Americas. 5. Participate in continuous improvement and recommend updates to the audit manual as necessary. 6. Advise staff of technical issues as required. Recommend any new technical or best practice audit techniques to the VP Audit Europe and Americas that may advance the Groups internal audit activities. 7. Appraisal, development and coaching of staff as necessary to ensure that they are meeting the engagement objectives & the depts. KPIs. 8.
