The Advertising Director will oversee newspaper ad layout, oversee advertising and events budget, advertising promotion planning, Web site development, ad agency management, TV, print, online and other ad creation. Main responsibilities include: Develop creative strategies and concepts for the company's strategic advertising plan. Plan, develop and execute product marketing and promotion campaigns to maximize product sales and to ensure sales objectives are met. Communicate marketing programs to sales and compliance department. Develop and manage the budget. Direct all multi-media special projects such as videos, demos and online seminars. Evaluate the impact and ROI of each marketing project. Analyze opportunities in media placement and monitor competitive advertising in an effort to strategically position company and product against our competitors. Maintains areas specific to product on Web site. Position product at tradeshows. Manage, hire and coach advertising staff.   Requirements:   Direct response marketing experience a must. 5 - 7 years of experience managing a marketing / advertising department. Financial/brokerage industry background preferred.
