Reports to: Director of Treasury and Credit Operations
General Objective: Responsible for managing several credit and treasury
projects throughout the region. Prepare financial and
operational analysis with the support of the region and provide
specific recommendations. Develop specific strategies for
Treasury and Fx management. Assist the Director with the
management and control of policies and procedures. Prepare and
develop presentations for internal and external audiences.
Responsible for managing several process improvements projects
throughout the region. Managing a Financial Analyst located in
Mexico.
Treasury and Cash Management

Relationship management
- Weekly & monthly management of Fx Exposure and reporting to
WW
- Develop methodologies & strategies for Fx management,
specifically aimed at reducing exposures
- Manage accounting & reporting requirement of FAS52 for the
region
- Ensure that all countries are in compliance with all WW policies
and procedures
- Manage regional control of all cash activities including account
database, signatory authorities, cash management systems
- Working capital management, debt facilities
- Develop strategies to ensure compliance with Company Policies and
Procedures and improve P&L results
- Serve as acting treasurer for country vacancies
- Assist in the development of new banking relationships
- Train new treasury personnel including local Treasurers
- Negotiate vendor terms & benefits on all corporate
guarantees
- Manage submission, reporting & tracking of all vendor &
bank corporate guarantees
- Develop & maintain win-win type relationships with vendors
& banks
- Develop & manage regional financial models for analyzing new
business opportunities, including close coordination with local CFOs to
ensure appropriate financial analysis & recommendation to regional
management 95% compliance with fx hedging
Credit Management
- Credit-worthy risk assessment
- Healthy receivables aimed at reducing legal placements
& reserves
- Ensure that all countries are in compliance with Regional
policies and procedures
- Train local Credit managers & associates on all Regional
policies
- Improve & develop procedures to enhance departmental
objectives for reducing Bad debt reserves
- Manage regional bad debt reserve positions, including close
management of in-country analysis
- Ensure timely and accurate review & submission of monthly bad
debt review and provide recommendation to local & regional CFOs
- Provide credit approval recommendations to the Latin America CFO
when the Director is not available
- Manage accounting & database components of regional Credit
Insurance program
- Ensure appropriate handling & management of all legal
placements
- Controlled bad debt reserves appropriately matched with
accounting cycle
- 75% minimum compliance with Major acct review (bi-annual
measurement)
- Complete & updated database for Legal Placements, write-offs,
reserves, guarantees (updates monthly)
- Complete & updated database for credit insurance program
(updates monthly)
Compliance
- Ensure compliance with world-wide & regional policies
- Identify, develop & recommend new policies to Regional
Director & Regional CFO
- Responsible for correct understanding of corporate policies &
training of those policies to local management
- Responsible for updating policies & ensuring compliance in
line with business growth & business process improvements
- Develop & manage audit mechanisms to ensure regional
compliance
Process Improvement and special
projects
- Manage multi departmental teams and across different countries to
improve existing processes and procedures
- Identify areas of improvement & prepare strategic
recommendations to upper management that will lead to new or enhanced
processes.
Effective Supervision
- Manage one Financial Analyst in Mexico
- Effectively manage the in-direct regional supervision of country
management teams
Timely and Accurate
Reporting
- Responsible for consolidation, review, & delivery of all
Regional & Corporate reports
- Coordination with regional staff and local countries to obtain
& analyze required data
- Timely and accurate reporting of Exhibits F, I, K, L, M & O,
Weekly Treasury, Vendor Guarantees quarterly report, Bank Account
listing.

Requirements: |

EDUCATION
BS in Administration, Finance, Accounting
MBA
EXPERIENCE
5 years experience for a multinational corporation
3 years in Treasury and 3 years in Credit
Foreign Exchange experience
TRAVEL
50% traveling to South America
