- Develops, articulates and maintains the vision and plan for all
programming. Accountable for the full scope of programming
functions/activities, including program strategy, program planning,
content acquisition, and scheduling. Directs staff accountable for
programming functions.
- Develops, directs and controls scheduling for the channel. Uses
research and ratings data to produce a schedule that would yield the
highest possible ratings.
- Manages the program planning process.
- Plans, directs and controls program acquisitions for the channel
including identifying, reviewing and selection of products for
Acquisition.
- Continually evaluates programming developments in the industry and
adjusts goals and strategies as appropriate to maintain competitive
advantage and market share.
- Sets, approves and adjusts policies, operating procedures, channel
programming and standards.
- Translates corporate strategies into short and mid-term objectives
for the group.

Requirements: |

- Bachelor's degree
- Over 10 years programming experience with at least 5 years at
senior
level, at least 5 years in LatAm market
- Must be fully bilingual (Spanish/English)
- Ability to travel 30-50%
