The HR position will be responsible for providing general HR support to the management and employees in Latin America. This person will advise company management in personnel policy and program matters, making or recommending appropriate decisions as consistent with strategic direction.

• Partner with the management team to effectively recruit, select and develop individuals into the organization. Manage via dotted reporting lines, local HR team members.
• Assist in the design and implementation of new HR organizations in local environments as required. Manage the performance management process to ensure compliance with corporate initiatives.
• Assist with the implementation of organizational development activities by identifying needs and coordinating resources to address those needs.
• Manage the maintenance of all employee data for Latin America ensuring prompt, accurate data for the purposes of stock, bonus and merit planning.
• Coordinate compensation planning with the corporate compensation team and the Latin American management team.
• Oversee interpretation of local HR policies and procedures, develop policies where needed.

• Bachelor degree in Business Management, Human Resources, or other related field of study or equivalent work experience.
• 7-10 years of Sr. HR Generalist experience preferred. Including experience in recruitment, compensation, employee relations, benefits and organizational development.
• Proven experience working in an international environment, including an understanding of, and a sensitivity to, cultural differences.
• Travel will be required (30% of the time).
• Candidate must be bi-lingual in Spanish and English. Knowledge of Portuguese is desirable.
