Department: Finance, Reports to: Latin America Finance Manager
- Responsible for the register of all the transactions into the
system
on a daily basis in accordance with the Puerto Rico GAAP/US GAAP and
Corporate Accounting Policies.
- Responsible for the all Balance Sheet Accounts Reconciliation on a
monthly basis.
- Monthly reconciliation of subsidiary ledger and general ledger
- Verify and post all the accounting transactions into the general
ledger on a daily basis.
- Fixed Assets Accounting.
- Fixed Assets CER control and review.
Month end activities:
- Review the Balance Sheet and monthly P&L and make the necessary
adjustments in order for the Financial Statements to reflect the
economic reality of the business in accordance with the US GAAP and
Corporate Accounting Policies.
- Receive monthly journal entries from other administrative
employees,
verify and register them into the system.
- Complete Hyperion File.
- Analyze expenses variances between actual and budget.
- Assist Finance Manager in all the financial projections as required.
- Prepare and complete all the reports as required.
- Assist Finance Manager in all the internal and external audits.
- Assist Finance Manager preparing the tax payments and complete the
tax requirements.
- Reconcile Petty Cash.

Requirements: |
| |
- College degree, Major in Accounting or Finance.
- Minimum 5 years accounting or finance.
- Fluency in both written and spoken English and Spanish.
- Must be PC literate.
- Strong knowledge of Hyperion and Excel.
