Assist in the development of the IT strategic
plan to support the
need for improved efficiency and productivity in the organization
as well as implementing the technologies that will support
operational excellence, customer intimacy, and product
leadership. Implementing
the organization, architecture,
infrastructure, processes, and training for the IT group enabling
it to achieve internal operational excellence.

Development and implementation of IT Service operations,
including strategic planning, services agreements, data center
operation, software development, architecture, infrastructure,
organization, contract management, program management, and
emerging technologies.
·
Lead the development and implementation of a business process
improvement methodology that will assist the organization
decrease operating expenses and increase
productivity.
·
Lead business process improvement projects to enhance customer
service, decrease operational expenditures, and increase customer
satisfaction. Using
processes, people, and technologies,
analyze and implement the internal IT structure and processes
that will enable the department to deliver tangible value from
the services provided and from the investments it has made.
·
Focus business process improvement efforts in sales, production,
manufacturing, credit and collections best practices, customer
invoicing, inventory management, warehouse management, demand
processing, and financial performance balance scorecard.
·
Develop and implement change management plans supporting all
aspects of management responsibilities, change resistance,
communication and training for various projects focusing on
better understanding of changes and streamlining changes in
systems and processes.
·
Assist in the establishment of a Program Management Office (PMO)
responsible for planning, organizing, staffing, and managing IT
projects.
·
Assist in the development of the IT group's Key Performance
Indicators (KPI) that will make visible the effectiveness of the
services delivered by the group division wide.
·
Manage software change development, testing, and installation of
custom-built and packaged software solutions.
·
Develop the processes needed to manage the software development
life-cycle for various customized and packaged software systems
that can be used division wide to support uninterrupted delivery
of software functionality.
·
Ability to manage resources in a multinational environment both
from an operational, as well as from a project perspective.
·
Support the Corporate Wide Consolidated Shared Services Strategy
for the company.
·
Manage the SLA and OLA with the
Shared Service Center.
·
Be a change agent for the group as well as the entire
organization by being the role model for change and facilitating
transformation through methodology and approach.
