Major Responsibilities:
- Partner
with Leader to drive growth and profitability. Act in an
advisory/consultative role regarding Human Resources
issues including but not limited to organizational
development, succession planning, structure,
communication rhythms, staffing issues, etc.
- Provide
full range of day to day HR Generalist support to Latin
American Commercial and Operations Teams.
- Responsible
for ensuring that HR practices are aligned with business
goals in the areas of staffing, compensation, benefits,
learning, employee relations, communications and employee
satisfaction.
- Identify
priority business-related talent needs and work with
management and staffing to insure a flow of top and
diverse talent in every position.
- Identify
policy needs and ensure consistent adherence to HR
policies, guidelines and laws to sustain a positive
workplace.
- Support
the performance management process for coaching,
development and training initiatives.
- Provide
advice and counsel to managers on assessing and
addressing organizational change and its people
implications.
- Demonstrate
ability to operate at the strategic and tactical level
with business partner.
- Manage
the completion of job descriptions and employee
classification activities.
- Facilitate
annual salary planning and organization & people
review exercises.

Requirements: |
| |
- Education Required: Bachelors Degree - BS/BA in business
or human resources.
- Three to five years HR experience.
- Must be familiar with federal employment and labor laws
(FLSA, FMLA, ADA, Civil Rights laws, etc.) and the
mechanics of self-directed work teams.
- Excellent verbal and written skills along with strong
interpersonal and time management skills.
- Specific Experience Required:
- Must be bi-lingual (English / Spanish)
- International experience a plus (Mexico)
- Strong HR generalist and project management skills
- Ability to multi-task and manage/work effectively in
dynamic environment
- Ability to travel 10% (potential of some International
Travel)
