Principal
Responsibilities:
- Provide a full range of day to day HR Generalist support
to Latin America Headquarters staff.
- Monitor adherence to applicable Corporate HR plans and
policies in the Latin America Organization.
- Act in an advisory/consultative role regarding Human
Resources issues including but not limited to
recruitment, relocation, and employee relations.
- Support the performance management process for coaching,
development and training initiatives for the region
headquarters staff.
- Demonstrate ability to operate at the strategic and
tactical level with the management team and business
partners.
- Approximately 10% travel

Requirements: |

- Strong HR generalist and project management skills
- Eight to ten years experience; international experience a
plus
- Bilingual English/ Spanish
- Ability to travel
