REPORTING TO: Senior Human Resource Manager, Latin America
This position provides human resource support to the Latin America
Region. Supports recruiting, job offer and on-boarding process;
compiles personnel statistics; prepares special reports as needed;
maintains personnel files and records; supports the talent and
performance management processes and corresponding processing of pay
and
reward-related transactions; processes change of status forms; provides
information to colleagues on matters pertaining to personnel forms &
records; performs process-related training and performs project-related
work as necessary. Coordinates and tracks information related to
routine Human Resources programs and activities.
- Applies knowledge of and experience in Human Resource
operations
to assist in the administration of the day-to-day personnel tasks,
including initial troubleshooting and resolution of tactical problems.
- Ensures documentation requirements are met for various Human
Resource initiatives.
- Interacts with peers, customers, and vendors on a frequent basis to
follow-up on outstanding issues.
- Handle a variety of assignments involving confidential information.
- Perform special projects as needed, and other related duties as
assigned including general administrative support.
- Conducts pre-interviews and facilitate post-interview meetings to
gain feedback and evaluations from interview teams based on
predetermined competencies.
- Conduct reference checks on selected candidate(s).
- Prepares employment and benefit new hire packets; includes
maintaining appropriate stock of required documents for packets.
- Provides colleague information reports on a routine and ad-hoc
basis
supporting HR information requirements including, but not limited to,
monthly headcount reports and organizational charts, talent management,
and all types of colleague data.
- Liaison to colleagues regarding relevant HR and personnel-related
information, including answering questions, and supplying information
as
necessary.
- Maintains all filing for Human Resources department (personnel
files, training files, job files, applicant files, etc.).
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements: |
| |
- Bilingual English/Spanish required. Portuguese strongly
desired.
- Associates Degree or Bachelors Degree.
- Minimum 2-5 years previous experience supporting an HR organization.
- Proficient PC application skills to include Microsoft Word, Excel,
PowerPoint and Outlook required. Kintana, Class, PeopleSoft and
Peopleclick desired.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Demonstrated proficiency in operating office equipment and related
office software products.
