Manager, IT Compliance Latin America     Company Type: Consumer Products   Location: Broward County, FL   Compensation: Excellent Compensation - Full Benefits   Languages: Fully bilingual English/Spanish   Job Code: mk/1431   Date Posted: Pending   Description:   Reports to: Manager, Information Systems The Manager, IT Compliance Latin America will be required to assist in the leadership, implementation and delivery of all IT related aspects of the requirements of Sarbanes-Oxley Section 404 (document, maintain and test / be responsible for testing the effectiveness of internal IT related financial controls) for the Client Company. To achieve this, the Manager will need to effectively manage and coordinate the relationship with the Director of Financial Reporting and Compliance, Group Internal Audit, External providers and management. Responsible for developing a strategy for information systems security that follows corporate guidelines. Responsible for developing an organization capability to perform compliance verification activities including measurement, verification, validation, evidence analysis and reporting of enterprise compliance with information security policies, technical security control requirements, security risk assessment and application security. This position is also responsible for developing and managing the structure and content of all IT policy and procedure documentation in order to meet and maintain IT compliance requirements. The Candidate will have accountiblity for: Implementation of Sarbanes-Oxley Section 404. Develop monitoring and evaluation processes for section 404. Conduct /coordinate testing and review / enhance testing processes for Section 404. Internal Audit Liaison. Other Compliance Matters: Prepare and maintain a central registry of all IT compliance requirements. Security: Develop risk assessments and develop policies, compliance requirements and security metrics. Develop, implement IT Policy and Procedures   Requirements:   Qualification in IT (particularly security, systems development / change control and operations). External or internal audit / controls experience. Bachelors degree in an appropriate discipline, or equivalent experience. Master Degree a plus. Security Certification, e.g., CISM, CISSP, CISA. At least five years of experience in IT Audit, IT Security or a related field.
