The purpose of this position is to conceptualize, develop and
oversee advertising and communication programs that effectively support
and promote the company's brands and products through out Latin
America. This position also has control and tracking of regional
communications budget. This position reports to the Marketing and
Branding Director and requires significant interactions with product
managers and marketing managers of our subsidiaries as well with
international branding and corporate brand managers. This position
also
requires frequent interaction with numerous third party suppliers and
agencies. |

Requirements: |
| |
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, marketing,
advertising
or communications.
- Seven-year experience in marketing and communications with three-
year experience in Latin America marketing communication.
- MBA preferred.
- Industry background in mass consumer products desirable and
advertising agency a plus.
- Must be able to design and plan initiatives align to branding
strategy and product objectives.
- Must be able to conceptualize consumer benefit oriented
communication deriving from product features and characteristics.
- Must possess solid communications skills (both written and oral) in
both English and Spanish.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and
PowerPoint.
