Seeking a decisive, action-oriented, Senior Financial Analyst to
perform
the following functional competencies:
- Financial Planning & Analysis assist Chief Financial Officer in
developing reliable and easily understood financial plans and budgets
to
assist in decision making related to the company's plans. Use financial
data to identify trends within the business operations. Work with
management to identify and apply financial management strategies for
allocating resources.
- Internal Financial Reporting assist the Chief Financial Officer in
producing relevant and accurate financial information regarding the
company's financial performance in a format that is easily understood
by
non-financial management and staff. Ensure management information is
relevant, accessible and timely. Help promote the use of management
information in decision making.
- Risk Management assist the Chief Financial Officer in managing the
company's risk programs.
- Treasury/Cash Management assist the Chief Financial Officer in
establishing overall policy for cash management to ensure that
operational and financial requirements can be met. Help maximize the
potential return on the cash resources through sound management.

Requirements: |
| |
- Minimum of five (5) years experience in experience in financial
planning & analysis or strategic planning positions, preferably in a
mid-sized publicly traded company.
- Must have experience in financial modeling and superior personal
computer /spreadsheet skills.
- BS in Finance/Accounting/Economics required. MBA is preferred.
