Support the company's strategic marketing efforts by developing research programs that drive company-wide strategies. As directed by the needs of Product and Channel Marketing teams, develop and execute primary and secondary market research studies to understand key markets, customer segments and uncover key consumer needs. Lever research to support the identification and development of new products programs (both core and non-core). Partner with customer business development manager to drive improve customer insights and share customer knowledge across the marketing and sales organization. Review the company's current market research, and lead efforts to consolidate existing data to build a single comprehensive storehouse of knowledge about customers and markets. Evaluate current market research practices across the company and establish best practices.   Requirements:   Highly analytical, detail-oriented, intellectually curious. Strong presentation and communication skills; comfortable presenting research findings to large groups. Collaborative, team-oriented, able to work across multiple constituencies and juggle multiple priorities. Bachelor's degree in Marketing and Market Research 5 or more years experience in broad-based marketing research function. Expertise in the use of syndicated data and consumer panel data.
