- Develop and analyze strategic plan in conjunction with Wal-Mart
Team leader and VP of Sales, including annual budget planning,
forecasting and account planning support.
- Prepare variances within the budgets and short-range (quarterly)
forecasts, communicate same to upper management.
- Conduct store-level and competitive analytics, leveraging data from
Market Research.
- Provide data on sales, margin, inventory, in-stocks, on order, POS
and projected sales, and market data.
- Track and provide assistance on Wal-Mart promotional planning and
track sell thru of promotions.
- Assist in the preparation of customization of customer
presentations, sample coordination, etc.
- Work collaboratively with the financial reporting systems to
continually automate reporting requirements, implement and create new
reporting systems and tools for the team.
- Proactively identify growth opportunities by category, customer,
and
item and communicate action plan to address each.
- Monitor and review current analysis including ROI, researching new
ventures, and financial models.
- Complete requests for ad hoc financial reports and analyses.

Requirements: |
| |
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Marketing and
two to
fours years of related experience and/or training or equivalent
combination of education and experience.
- Work effectively in a fast paced environment.
- Ability to multi-task to meet the changing demands of the
department.
- Excellent computer skills such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel,
and
PowerPoint) required.
- Strong written & verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills required.
- Bilingual Spanish/English is preferred.
