The Director works as a leader within the Client Services group to
provide outstanding service to the valued clients. Works directly with
clients, managing a staff of Associates, Sr. Associates, Managers, and
Sr Managers. The Director reports to the President.
- Proficient at all Sr Manager essential functions.
- Development and closure of several new business opportunities
throughout the year.
- Serve as key client contact; viewed as a trusted business advisor
by
clients.
- Demonstrates a high level of business integrity and leadership
skills.
- Demonstrates proficient technical skills and overall business
knowledge to be able to act as a client's top business advisor.
- Exhibits strong passion for client service.
- May be a specialist in a specific business area demonstrating an
ability to create and grow that area.
- Successfully builds and strengthens new and existing client
relationships.
- Understands client's business needs and knows how to successfully
use all services to better serve the client.
- Consistently seeks and creates cross-serving opportunities.
- Responsible for short-term and long-term planning and identifying
business opportunities for all firm clients in addition to the
Director's own practice.
- Proactively meets with clients regarding all conditions affecting
their business while providing advise accordingly.
- Thinks strategically, keeping ahead of client's business issues.
- Ultimately responsible for all billing and acceptable realization
of
assigned clients.
- Responsible for retaining and enhancing revenue from existing
clients.
- Continually involved in Practice Development activities based on a
personal marketing plan; may include participation in organizations at
a
leadership level complementing Director's specialty area, article
publication or teaching engagements. Generates a solid business network
of a least 5-10 referral sources.
- Additional responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements: |
| |
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Accounting, Taxation or
Technology.
- 10-15 years of experience in public accounting or related field
(with 10 or more years supervising and/or mentoring staff at all
levels)
and have successfully passed the Uniform CPA or equivalent
examination.
