Ideal candidate will be responsible for the entire Company's
distribution and market development infrastructure in the markets under
his/her responsibility. The Director will ensure that all Company
customers and prospects have easy and high quality access to the
services, at their choice and control, physically or remotely, 24/7 and
will develop and implement all necessary marketing programs to sustain
permanent double digit revenue growth in the region. To accomplish this
goal he/she will be responsible for all agent relationships, prospect
new agents, develop Company's service and / or working with regulatory
authorities to enable extended channels.
The position is responsible for preparing the network to enter into
adjacent markets. It is also responsible for the recognition of future
operational needs related to technology, service quality and training,
and for designing and managing the processes used to deliver solutions
to satisfy these needs.
To develop new agents and distribution channels it will be
mandatory
to understand the local market in depth, assess and create new
opportunities and be able to implement. Internally, he/she will have to
have a deep understanding of the Company's organization -including but
not limited to Marketing, Operations, Finance, Quality, Business
Development, Compliance and Legal- to be able to negotiate and
implement
solutions and programs that satisfy both the sophisticated local agents
and Company's Global needs.
The incumbent will have to develop a strong relationship with the
management of our current agent for the Caribbean markets and
exclusive
agent in Jamaica, Trinidad & Tobago and Guyana.
Will be responsible for defining the negotiation strategy for each
agent interaction, and will be the first negotiation tier with the new
agents, strategically escalating negotiations/decisions to the Regional
Vice President as needed.

Requirements: |
| |
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Five to seven years of business experience, including planning and
implementing business development/marketing strategies, international
travel.
- Two to five years of business line P&L management experience.
Results-oriented with strong analytical and problem solving skills;
strategic experience; strong negotiation, presentation and relationship
skills as well as strong knowledge of local culture, business practices
and ways of operation with the local agents.
- Strong preference for individuals with experience with the
Caribbean
culture and business environment.
- Ability to travel as required.
