These are mostly new product initiatives that are not been driven in the regions and that are International in scope (not region specific). The incumbent will work with Marketing, engineering/quality, and liaise with the Graphics department for timing and issues related to all product literature (instruction manuals, packaging, etc.). The position will interact with each of the Intl. Business units (Canada, Europe, Latin America and Far East), keeping them informed on all developments in the NPD process as well as providing updates on US marketing initiatives. Another key area is the function of systems and overall process support. The ideal candidate must be very detail oriented, aggressive/pro-active, a great communicator and be motivated enough to work independently and deliver consistent results.   Requirements:   BS/BA in Business or Marketing (MBA preferred) with 5-7 years experience, preferably in understanding consumer behavior, consumer market research, design, product development. Must have excellent organization, computer and communication skills with the ability to lead and manage multiple projects. Must have proven leadership skills and be resourceful, an independent thinker and a team player. Candidate must be bilingual (English/Spanish or English/French). The position requires up to 30% travel.
