  • Execution of Americas Internal Audit Assignments: Prepare introductory memos, draft audit plans and analysis of relevant information to assist in the planning and conduct of work assigned by the Vice-President Audit, Americas.
  • Prepare scoping for the completion of audit reviews for approval of the Vice-President Audit, America.
  • Document systems/processes in the form of overview flowcharts or narrative.
  • Complete fieldwork as per the approved scoping, compile adequate working papers and utilize company's Internal Audit programs.
  • Identify risks, control weaknesses and the development of possible solutions.
  • Inform the Vice-President Audit, Americas of significant issues as they arise.
  • Liaise regularly with site staff to provide information on the progress of work and for general advice.
  • Conduct exit interviews with line management at the end of each audit and secure their agreement on the issues and recommendations raised.
  • Clear file review points raised.
  • Prepare draft reports for the Vice-President Audit, Americas review within a reasonable period (5 working days as a guide) from exit interview.
  • Load finding and action plans into the Audit Follow-up System (AFS).
  Requirements:
 
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field, or the foreign equivalent.
  • Three to Five years audit experience.
  • Experience with U.S. GAAP and Sarbanes Oxley. SAP exposure, preferred.
  • Fluent English. Spanish preferred.
  • Ability to travel 50% of the time.
