- Providing support to Division Center of Execellence this
position will partner with the HR team to: Identifiy
human resources opportunities and needs.
- Develops a course of action utilizing organiztion wide standard
programs and guidelines to support business needs.
- Serves as key business/function HR partner to the senior
management team of the function or business unit.
- Directs local talent planning which includes
implementation of function-wide training and development
plans and talent management support.
- Directs and recommends appropriate local implementation
of Corporate-wide HR programs/policies.
- Provide coaching and counseling to the management team to
effectively support their organization.
- Develop measurement systems to determine the impact of HR
programs.
- In conjunction with Employee Relations, provides counsel
to management on complex employee relations issues.
- Implement HR processes as needed.
- Partner with HR colleagues in Field, COEs and shared
services to effectively deliver HR services.

Requirements: |

- Ability to develop a plan of action and implement.
- Ability to influence and persuade appropriately to drive
change.
- Promote teamwork through involvement and communication.
- Able to manage relationships through understanding of
environment and needs.
- Excellent analytical and process management skills with
strong business acumen.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 7 plus years Human Resources experience, at least 5 years
in a generalist role.
