Managing regional planning and pricing initiatives; policy and
standardization of practices. Manage company strategy across Sales and
Marketing functions.
Pricing strategy
- Analyze price change patterns of competitors and continuously adapt
to it based on supply costs.
- Develop and implement price strategy for each customer segment by
country.
- Create financial models (pricing tools & systems) that factor in
competitive pricing while maximizing margin and volume at country level.
- Participate in multi-functional projects provide guidance in this
area of expertise.
Pricing execution
- Ensure that the companies deliver margin and volume objectives
based
on daily supply costs.
- Ensure pricing strategy, tools and systems provide clear guidance
to
sales teams.
- Serve as point of contact for all pricing communications and
managerial reports.
- Manage relationship with Trading and Sales Managers, providing
guidance, coaching, bridging interfaces and communicate best practices.
- Ensure price strategy is aligned with network plans & investments.
- Ensure that all pricing condition are implemented with zero
inaccuracy.
- Generate pricing reports with timely and accurate information.
Cost Management
- Establish cost structure with cost build-up approach and share best
practices.
- Guarantee correct upload process into the systems & reports.
- Identify cost savings by leading initiatives with Trading,
Operations and Taxation teams in the region.
- Analyze historical cost data in order to provide more accurate cost
estimative.
Planning
- Generate reliable information & data management tools for
interpretation and analysis operationally and strategically.
- Investigation and assessment of industries potential and current
business and new business developments in the region, supporting
decisions of Regional Management team.
- Execute annual business forecasting, commercial targets by line of
business in conjunction with local operation units.
- Establish and measure companys specific metrics and performance
indicators with accuracy through frequent reports.
- Support CCO & Commercial Supervisor to develop the Network planning
strategy, systems and site formats approach.
- Support CCO & Commercial Supervisor with the evaluation and
decisions on network/Capex investments with local management teams.

Requirements: |
| |
- Bachelor Degree in Marketing or Finance, Economics or
Statistics
is required.
- MBA preferred or 5-7 years equivalent work experience required.
- 5 to 7 years of experience in a planning function with at least 4
years in a management or supervisory role. Previous background in
strategic marketing, management consulting a plus; at minimum, 3 years
of experience in retail pricing analysis and understanding the cost
concepts and terminology including activity based costing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft office; strong communication skills:
verbal, written and presentation; strong analytical and problem solving
skills; strong cross-functional orientation and ability to work
successfully in a matrix organization; experience in leading teams and
working as part of a team to drive results; experience in competitive
analysis and customer interview.
