Candidate will be a key contributor on acquisitions, financing arrangements and capitalization strategy. Responsibilities: Provide financial analysis to support senior management's strategic growth decisions. Develop detailed financial models to analyze acquisition and fixed asset investment opportunities (discounted cash flow models, NPV, IRR). Primary liaison to the corporate finance team in acquisition due diligence and integration processes. Construct pro-forma financial statements to evaluate the impact of financing strategies. Ad-hoc financial analysis for special projects as required.   Requirements:   Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or relevant work experience (MBA preferred).
