Global Corporation- LatAm Business Operation.
These 3 positions will be based in Colombia, Argentina and Peru and
will report to the
General Manager. The Client Company is seeking 5-10 years experience
with excellent business knowledge. The ideal candidate should have high
energy and a good personality as the position works with the sales &
marketing teams. These are three (3) separate Distribution and
Marketing Business Units, each does approx $50mm in sales. Besides the
general accounting function,
the
person must have excellent experience in working capital and cash
flows.
The person will supervise a staff of 5 employees and the IT
professional. Must have the maturity to be a business partner working
closely with the GM as part of the management team.
- Implement and maintain financial, treasury and accounting
infrastructure to support the company's development strategy
initiatives.
- Establish and manage financial reporting in compliance with GAAP,
International Accounting Standards, and Colombia's local tax and labor
laws.
- Monthly meetings with the sales, information technology, planning,
and credit departments to provide enhanced intradepartmental
communication and to provide more precise financial projections,
business improvement suggestions and increase in employee morale.
- Establish policies & procedures and internal controls for all
operating functions including treasury, credit & collections, and
logistics.
- Monitor financial performance and daily operations of entire
Corporation and offer recommendations to Corporate Headquarters to
insure profitability.
- Identify operational objectives and implement strategies for the
management.

Requirements: |
| |
- The successful candidate will have 5-10 or more years of
progressive financial/accounting experience including strong
leadership/people management skills, analytical skills, problem solving
skills, and critical thinking abilities.
- He/she will also have a strong accounting background.
- The candidate must demonstrate the ability to use sound business
judgment.
- Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance. MBA a plus.
