Reporting directly to Latin America Regional Controller. The
Director of Financial Planning and Analysis will provide financial and
analytical support to the Regional Controller as well as to the Region
Vice-President of Operations. The position will play a critical
leadership role in the regional financial planning organization by
providing key financial insights that will drive the company's
strategic
decisions, financial forecasts, and operating plans. He/she will also
manage a staff responsible for the financial planning and analysis,
financial statement forecasts, operating budgets, and strategic/long-
range plans; conduct regular sensitivity analysis of business unit
financials; and play a key role in varying corporate projects. The
position will require occasional travel both in the U.S and
Internationally.
- Acts as the key financial liaison to the Regional FP&A
organization
for Latin America.
- Works closely with Corporate FP&A organization ensuring overall
Company's goals and objectives are met within the region.
- Ensures appropriate level of financial rigor applied to all
financial forecasts to aid in appropriate external guidance and
internal
decision making.
- Participates as required in acquisition modeling and analysis.
- Actively contributes to the formulation of the business strategy
and
pressure tests the financial rigor in the strategic plans.
- Responsible for financial planning processes and development of
strategic plan guidelines for Latin America.
- Consolidation and analysis of annual operating budgets, forecasts
and strategic plans.
- Develop financial reports and analysis needed to implement business
plans.

Requirements: |
| |
- Business Administration.
- Accounting, Finance, CPA.
- 8-10 years.
- English and Spanish are a must have.
- Broad finance background that includes: financial planning and
analysis, accounting, finance, internal management reporting systems,
budgeting, acquisition and investment analysis and financial modeling.
- Experience in operating roles and a public accounting background
ideal.
- Supervisory experience required.
- Knowledge of Hyperion systems is required.
- A working knowledge of information systems is important.
