- Manage all IT infrastructure initiatives and production
environments. Project Management
- Manage all internal and external infrastructure projects and
resources. Periodically report status of all projects and resource
allocation. Manage 3rd party resources and contracts.
- Evaluate infrastructure team and report performance metrics. Define
job descriptions and hiring needs.
- Manage production sites and change control procedures.
- Research and evaluate new technologies to improve service quality,
productivity and lower operational costs.

Requirements: |
| |
- Strong networking (LAN and WAN), computer and telephony systems
background.
- Solid Microsoft and Unix background.
- Large data center project and administration experience.
- IT Budget management experience.
- Project and resource management.
- Extremely hands on.
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
- Excellent negotiation skills.
- Bilingual English/Spanish. Portuguese is a plus.
- Able to handle multiple tasks.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
Master degree is a plus.
- 7 years of experience in the field
