  • In concert with EVP Human Resources, develop new ER policies and procedures respond to the new business requirements.
  • Partner with Sr. Leadership to identify immediate and long term HR needs.
  • Assist in determining HR best practices and subsequent communication plan for the organization.
  • Provide the highest level of internal/external customer service to management and employees.
  • Develop and implement programs which result in increased employee productivity and employee retention.
  • Roll out human resource initiatives such as performance appraisals, salary planning,bonus program, stock options.
  • Participate in the establishment of long-range objectives for the organization.
  Requirements:
 
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish), Portuguese a plus.
  • BS or BA in Business or Human Resources related discipline.
  • MS or MA a plus, Professional Human Resources Certification preferred.
  • 5 to 10 years of Human Resources experience.
  • 3 to 5 years Human Resources Management experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with all levels of employees and deliver quality human resources to support multiple, high visibility projects.
  • Working knowledge of Organizational Planning, Employee Relations, Compensation, and Development activities with demonstrated capabilities to provide insight and judgment to support multi-functional business needs.
  • Strong interpersonal, and communications skills.
  • Excellent organizational, follow up skills and ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Demonstrated computer skills (i.e., excel, word and powerpoint).
