- Provide customer service support to dealers and distributors
throughout Latin America and Caribbean.
- Interfaces directly with customers and inter departmental personnel
in solving day to day problems and to collect information that aids in
decision making.
- Competent in communication software, customer database operations
and corporate website(s).

Requirements: |

- Minimum of three years of progressive experience in customer service
relations.
- Must possess effective and diplomatic oral and written communication
skills, and strong knowledge of computer operations and software.
- University degree or equivalent experience in related areas.
- Spanish language a must.
