This position is responsible for all of the HR functions for the
International Division, including Recruiting, Salary and Employee
Benefit
administration, Incentive plans, Immigration admin, Training and
Development of employees, Employee Relations, Office Services and
oversight of all HR policies and procedures that are adopted in all
countries including; Brazil, Argentina, France, China, South Korea,
Japan
and the Philippines).
- Responsible for all domestic recruiting and for all high level
in-country recruiting. This will include drafting all offer letters and
any "Terms and Conditions of Employment" agreements, which will include
all compensation and benefit elements.
- Responsible for salary administration, which includes job
descriptions, establishing titles, grades and salary levels, promotions,
transfers and salary planning.
- Responsible for recommending participation in the annual incentive
plan and Stock Option plan.
- Responsible for resolving all employee relations issues and problems.
- Responsible for providing assistance to all employees for
administration of the employee benefit plans, including group insurance,
pension and 401 k plans.
- Responsible for compiling the annual EEOC/AA reporting.
- Responsible for administering all Immigration issues, including H1B
visas and Green Card applications.
- Responsible for overseeing the Office Services function for the
Division.
- Responsible for providing guidance for the development of all
in-country HR policies and procedures.
- Responsible for all formal training and development of employees.

Requirements: |
| |
- Minimum Bachelors Degree in Business or related field (MBA
preferred).
- Minimum of 5 to 10 years HR Generalist experience, the majority of
which should be in international business, and minimum of four years in
a
managerial position or equivalent.
- Flexibility to travel.
- Ability to adapt to different situations, cultures and people.
- Ability to work in a "hands on" mode, with limited support.
